What is the minimum order quantity?
For most products in our shop, the minimum quantity is 50pcs. And the larger quantity leads to a lower price.
Special request, contact us, MOQ is 50-500.
Can you offer a sample?
Yes! Random sample to check quality and color is about $2 usd per one; Custom logo is $20-$30 usd per one. Sample section is here: https://www.pandasewpackage.com/collections/sample
Can I get a discount?
We already have 5-10% off on the website. If you order 2 links or more, there is another 5% off, the coupon code is 2SAVE5. The greater the quantity, the lower the unit price. For large quantities, up to 60% off.

How to add the logo on the package? And cost?
Printing cost already included. Pls send logo file with the order id to our email. We accept PNG, PDF, AI and PNG format.
The size is not I want, can I customize?
For bags: Yes, we can custom any size you want if not listed in the link
For paper bag, jewelry case: Yes, we can custom size, MOQ is 200-300
For paper box and other accessories: Yes, we can custom size, MOQ is 500.
Where is your packaging produced?
We have our own factory in China.
Shipping
Can you ship to my country?
Yes, we usually use Express like UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF international, and Aramex. We can ship to your doorstep as long as the country has Express. If more than 100kg, we can ship by boat to save on shipping fees.
How long does the production process take? And shipping time?
We usually need 15 days for production and 10 days for shipment. If you need it urgently, we can send a faster express, then 2.5-3 weeks to get it.
Who pays the tax and does the clearance?
Our products do not include tax; you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. The local customs will contact you when the packages arrive.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned?
As our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns. If delivery fails due to clear customs or incorrect address details provided by you, we cannot offer a refund or a resend.
In such cases, the courier may destroy the package or return it at a high cost. Please ensure you are willing to pay any applicable import taxes before placing an order to avoid losing both your money and your goods.
