💡What is the minimum order quantity of Custom items?
For most products in our shop, the minimum order quantity is 50 units per size or style. And the larger order quantity leads to less price cost.
If custom the color and style we don't have, MOQ is 500.


💡Can I get a sample to check your quality?
Yes! We have sample types that serve different purposes.
If you want stock existing samples, then we can send our stock sample for your reference. random samples are about $2 usd per one.
If you want to custom print your logo on the sample, then you need to pay for the production and delivery costs of the samples.

💡Can I get discount?
We already have 10% off for box, clorh bag and many other items when checking out. The more quantity leads to less unit price. For large quantity, we even have 50% off.

 

💡How to add the logo on package? And cost?
Printing cost already included. Pls upload the logo file or send to our email. Formats with PNG, PDF, AI, and PSD are all worked.

💡The size is now I want, can I custom?
For bags: Yes, we can custom anysize you want if not liseted in link
For paper bag, jewelry case: Yes, we can custom size, MOQ is 200-300
For paper box and other accessories: Yes, we canc ustom size, MOQ is 500.

 

💡Can you ship to my country?
Yes, we uaully use Express like UPS, FedEx, DHL, SF international and Armex. We can ship to your doorstep as long as the country has Express. If more than 100kg, we can ship by boat to save shipping fee.

💡Where is your packaging produced?
We have our own factory in China.

 

💡How long does the production process take? And shipping time?

we will do mockup to check before printing. After your confirmation, we need 15 days for production and 10 days for shipment. If need it urgently, we can send faster express, then 2.5-3 weeks to get in hand according to different quantity and season.

💡Who pay the tax and do clearance?
The products do not include tax, pls pay the tax according to the local policy.
