Very happy with the bags that I've received! The seller communicated well and the bags are beautiful.
Overall happy with this purchase. The personalised paper bags are beautiful. The customer service was also really great, very responsive and cooperative. The only thing I would have liked is for the straps to be a bit more elegant and thin because the bags are so elegant with the satin ribbons but the straps are a bit thick in my opinion (more like shoelaces). And lastly, I would have liked the packaging to be a bit better, maybe have the ribbons rolled or something as most of them arrived with marked lines because the way they were folded.
